Most visitors photograph Prague from Charles Bridge and the castle. Letna gives you both of those in one frame, from a park where the people around you are mostly residents.
Getting there
Tram to Letenske namesti or a climb up the steps from Cechuv most. The beer garden sits at the eastern edge of the park with a terrace over the river bends.
Notes
- Open from spring to autumn, weather dependent
- Cash is still common at the kiosks
- Sunset is the busy hour, an hour before is calmer
Combine with the National Technical Museum nearby, which is more interesting than it sounds, particularly the transport hall.
