Feedback shapes this publication more directly than readers sometimes expect. Because we are an editorial team rather than a large organisation with layers between the writers and the audience, a message about a specific guide often reaches the person who wrote or edited it within days, and can influence how that page, or a similar one, is revised.
What kind of feedback is useful
The most useful feedback is specific. A note that says a route guide felt too rushed in the middle section, or that a highlight page did not mention a detail you found essential when you actually visited, gives us something concrete to work with. General comments are still welcome, but specific ones tend to translate into changes more quickly.
- Name the exact page you are commenting on, ideally with its web address
- Say whether your comment is about accuracy, tone, structure or coverage
- Mention if you have recently visited the place the guide describes
- Tell us what you expected to find that was missing
- Let us know if a guide was particularly useful, not only when it was not
Feedback on coverage
If there is a destination, route or theme you feel we have overlooked, that is valuable feedback too. We weigh requests against the depth of coverage already on the site and try to prioritise gaps that several readers have raised independently, so even if we cannot act immediately, a message about a missing destination is never wasted.
We are also interested in hearing when a guide sends you somewhere that turns out to be closed, changed or simply different from how it was described. Places evolve, and the fastest way we learn about that is from readers who have recently been there.
A short, specific message is worth more to us than a long general one.
What feedback is not for
Because The World Agency Official does not sell or manage travel bookings, this feedback channel is not the right place to raise a complaint about a reservation, a refund or a service you received from an airline, hotel or tour operator. Those matters need to go to the company you actually booked with, since they hold the details of your reservation and we do not.
Similarly, if your feedback concerns something urgent, such as a safety issue affecting an upcoming trip, please treat this as a slower channel and consult an official government travel advisory or the relevant local authority in parallel, since our reply times are not built for time critical matters.
How to send it
The contact form linked in the footer is the quickest route, or you can write directly to hello@theworldagencyofficial.com. Either way, your feedback goes to the editorial team, and while we cannot promise an individual reply to every message, patterns in what readers tell us do inform which guides get revisited and how.
